Join Shaker Village, the Canterbury United Community Church, and Church of the Woods/Kairos Earth at Shaker Village for a special day of worship and spiritual exploration. This event offers everyone the opportunity to step outside of their normal ways of doing things and to take a fresh look at the things that matter most in life.

** Free-will donations will be accepted to help cover event costs — any surplus will go to the Canterbury Fund as an expression of community service **

Schedule for the day

~ 9:30 am ~
Registration, coffee, and breakfast food

~ 10 am ~
Joint Worship Service
** Offerings collected during the service will go towards covering the day’s expenses —
any surplus will be donated to the Canterbury Fund.

~ 11 am ~
Participants may choose among several options for a time of contemplation, individually or in a group
(outside or inside, weather permitting)

~ 12 pm ~
A sharing of sacred fellowship over a potluck lunch

~ 1 pm ~
Participants may choose among several options for active worship, such as singing, art, and yoga
(outside or inside, weather permitting)

~ 2pm ~
Closing gathering around the question of how to carry the spirit of the day forward


Shaker Village is located at 288 Shaker Rd, Canterbury, NH 03224.  The main office is open from 10 am – 5 pm daily and can be reached at 603.783.9511 if you have questions.
